The Beginning / The Journey of Influence
Since my childhood, I have felt an overwhelming sense of happiness whenever I helped others, even in the simplest matters. The smile that appears on the face of someone in need of a helping hand has always been the greatest reward I could receive. This motivation led me to engage in volunteer work and community activities, and I realized early on that giving is a path I would never turn away from. Growth: Community work and discovering passion
I joined Life Makers Association I joined the Life Makers Association (Gharbia Branch), where I learned that charitable work not only changes the lives of those who receive help, but also changes your own life. The educational journey: between academic study and personal passion
I enrolled in the Institute of Computers and Information in Tanta, and graduated at the top of my class. But I knew that this academic study was not the end of the journey, rather just a beginning for a bigger path. During my university studies, I obtained accredited training certificates such as ICT & TOTso that I can stand in front of people and give workshops and lectures.
Career Transition: From Instructor to Certified Coach
Through six years of study, research, and experimentation, I delved deeply into self-development programs. I was careful to test every word I said on myself first, then on a group of close people, making sure to support it with accredited scientific studies.
My coaching career began in Edraak Foundation in Egypt which gave me the opportunity to deliver my programs in various Egyptian governorates. I then moved to Kuwait, where I started as a training coordinator and progressed to become a training manager and consultant at one of the largest training companies in the Arabian Gulf region.
I have delivered self-development and leadership programs in prestigious government and private entities, and have contributed significantly—as attested by these entities— to increasing the productivity of their employees..
The most important transformation: discovering the power of listening
Over time, I discovered that the real effect doesn't necessarily happen in front of a large audience, but often in one-on-one sessions, when I listen really to one person, from that point, my journey in personal development started.
I studied and specialized in mental health, and obtained accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF)It is the world’s largest global body for granting coaching accreditations.
Today: Living the dream and spreading the impact
Today, I am living my dream as a certified mental health and personal development coach. I believe that real change comes from the inside.
