Digital products
All courses and e-books are digital products, and once purchased, the user can access them immediately.
2. No returns after purchase
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only possible after purchase in the following cases:
- There is a technical error preventing access to the content.
- The content does not match the description on the website.
3. Refund request
If you encounter any problem accessing the product, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date, and your request will be handled appropriately.

We reserve the right to modify or update the content, and buyers will have access to any relevant updates.

Booking and Payment
- The session is only booked after the coach and the client agree on the nature of the coaching, with the emphasis that it is a non-therapeutic intervention to improve performance or personal situation.
- After confirmation, the time is allocated according to the reservation available on the website.
Cancel or reschedule the session
- Cancellation or rescheduling is possible provided we are notified 48 hours in advance of the session.
- If notice is given in a timely manner, a full refund or rescheduling is entitled to without charge.
Late notifications or no-shows
In case of cancellation or non-attendance within 48 hours, the coach has the right to deduct 50% of the session value or consider it spent.
Emergency circumstances
In the event of an emergency (such as illness or a medical emergency), you should contact us immediately, and rescheduling or a refund will be considered as the case may be.
